About Klezmer Tants Nottingham:
We are a collective of enthusiastic, amateur musicians who love to play the Eastern European traditional Jewish folk music called Klezmer. It incorporates elements of Greek, Romanian and Slavic music., and was originally played for social events and special occasions such as weddings. Since the 1970's there has been a revival of Klezmer music around the world, reaching Nottingham more recently!
