About Danny Beardsley:
Beeston musician Danny Beardsley has been described as one of the most intuitive and convincing guitarists around. Danny first cut his teeth and plied his craft with Derbyshire Rock band Isolysis before he went on to form Emperor Chung. Danny’s songwriting maintained its infectious quality in Emperor Chung, combining memorable classic rock with progressive touches that truly set the band apart from its contemporaries. In 2015, Danny, along with Isolysis Drummer Dave Wright, created instrumental progressive trio The Parallax Method. Described by Prog Magazine as "Devastatingly contagious", they combine ultra-modern prog style with old school classic rock tones to create genuinely interesting song structures and refreshing melodic overtones. With appearances with his bands at some of the most prestigious festivals including Download, Bloodstock, UK Tech Fest, Hammerfest, HRH Prog, HRH Road Trip to Ibiza, Rock and Blues Festival, Camden Rocks and Macmillan Fest, Danny's musical endeavours have garnered support from the likes of Scuzz TV, Classic Rock Magazine, Prog Magazine, Kerrang, Metal Hammer, Total Guitar, Powerplay and Planet Rock. Danny released his debut solo album Blood From A Stone in 2019, showcasing his vocal talent for the first time. An acoustic reworking was released in July 2020. Studio album number two 'Chase The Sun' was released in June 2022. 2023 is set for the announcement of an exciting new project.
